Organize your Stuff: Week 3 (round 5): WOYWW #126
Wow! It is Wednesday again! That means that it is time to click your way across the world and peek at desks of the crafty and creative! It is What’s On Your Work desk Wednesday again!
Here is our desk… post Halloween costume central…and currently being abused by Oldest Child for a last minute English class project. (Also, *gasp* you can see under my desk, and it is scary!)
The POW is a little nervous at the destruction that may occur. For while Oldest Child may not be quite up to “bull in the china shop” levels of destruction anymore… we hope… it still makes us wary. For other desks (which have not been sublet to 12 year olds) please visit Julia at the Stamping Ground!
Creative Me has been in bliss this week. While it may be a little stressful for the POW to produce, we have had three blog posts in three days now! Phew!
Today, we are sharing our design team card for Tuesday Trio’s Sketch#91: raised elements. This card uses the new Cricut Projects: Flower Shoppe. Totally cool and having Creative Me doing mini back flips at the Prima-esque flowers that she can make by herself in the future.
These flowers are super simple to assemble, just roll up the spiral. And, since they are Cricut, come in every size!
This week we will begin the clean slate process in the Organize Your Stuff Challenge. Time to actually buckle down, clean up, and distract the Inner Hoarder with the promise of Christmas papers or shiny objects. Happy WOYWW!
PS- If you missed the kids Halloween picture from yesterday... they have come down from their sugar high. Here they are in their Soldier, Final Fantasy Future Warrior, and Rapunzel glory!

WHAT LURKS IN THE DARKNESS? ARE YOU BRAVE ENOUGH TO....GO UNDER THE DESK?? MWAHAHAHAHA *echo*
It's quite normal, believe you me!! Most of us just think that out of sight, out of mind is OK, lol!! Cute Halloween pics by the way :D
Hugs, LLJ x
I have an even messier under desk than you, so I'll take the gong for that lol. I have tried so hard to make a flower with that nestie but to no avail
Bridget
I feel lost without JD's list to guide me lol.
Had a catch up of your posts....wow those are big pumpkins. Love the group shot ....and I know what you mean about the sugar rush. lol. Love the flowers ...sure I have seen the die in something else but only one size ...a great colour combination btw.
I think homework on top of your desk is more unusual than the piles under it! Interesting though - I wonder what's included in there that you've been looking for?!!
Loved your post today.
What gorgeous flowers and so simply made too.
A x
HAPPY WOYWW!
Hugs, Sandra View my desk HERE!
Seriously what else are you supposed to do with the stuff you need to take off the desk other than stuff it under it. Mine is piling up behind the table of indeterminate purpose in boxes and layers.......... Mainly because we have to put our legs under the table when we eat (oh yes and it is not pushed up against a wall (probably more importantly...))
those flowers are just awesome!!!
great photos too
Super cute flowers, they look fun to make!
We thank the 12 yr old for his English project and making you reveal the true extent of the mess! Like the flowers very much and the Halloween photos.
Hugs

Every time one of my kids works in my room it's a huge mess afterwards. Great work! Great flowers! :)
Gorgeous flowers and a really great Halloween pic. x Jo
Love the Halloween photo! :)
Very pretty flowers!
Love those flowers...you may be able to alter them into pincones in the future!
Very cool flower technique!
Looks a WoNdErFuL space in which to craft! Debbie #77
I'd love to be let loose in your crafting area - looks interesting - and I love the flowers. x
Cute card-Love the flowers!!
Oh my goodness, I LOVE your porch! I have always wanted something like that. And that space that comes with the desk, you know the one underneath? I thought that was specifically built FOR putting stuff in....
Those flowers look amazing and I love that we saw under your desk... that is where supplies go to retire and be forgotten in my studio!! happy WOYWW xx
Those flowers are smashing! Very clever idea. Happy WOYWW, Shoshi #67
great post. Like the flowers. The kids look so cute in their costumes. Hope you have a great week. Thanks for sharing. Vickie #68
The flowers look lovely. I'm making some similar rolled roses at the moment using a die. Even easier with Cricut to cut them:) Love the Halloween costumes.
Great post! I like the way you have your - looks like Stampin' Up sets - stored up on their sides. I might have to give that a try instead of just stacking them on top of each other.
OOOH, I have to get that cartridge! Wonder how long before it lands in South Africa? The kiddos looked fantastic!
Happy WOYWW
